DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM -- Defective products and items must be shipped back within one week of purchase. Please inspect your order upon receipt, if an item is defective, or the wrong item was received, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Digital products,Adhesives, Eyelash Extensions, body ornaments or accessories and Professional Kits are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
